Hello All
Just come back from Basel Conference.. I had a great time there. The conference was really useful. but what was even better is that my involvement was under the VdGM umbrella. People are now aware of us as a young GP group. We are starting to take a position in WONCA Europe where we can defend our demands and push for them. I feel if we carry on like that we will certainly be more and more influential in the decision making process when it comes to GP training programmes across Europe. My goal is that VdGM becomes a solid member and effective decision maker in the EU health system, so strong that we will have to be consulted before any changes are made. So keep up the enthusiasm everybody. Husam Abdul-Kadir husam.abdulkadir@nhs.net UK |
